H1: Payment & Fees:
All fees for services provided by Endless Aesthetics, including aesthetic treatments for skin and hair and antiwrinkle, are clearly outlined on our website. Payment for aesthetic treatments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and online transfers, ensuring convenience for our clients.
For all treatments, including PRP hair loss treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, and consultations, payment must be completed before the session on the day of your appointment, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension or termination of services. This applies to all services offered.

H1: Consultation Fee:
A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment at Endless Aesthetics.
- This consultation fee is redeemable against your first appointment, provided the treatment is booked and completed within 14 days of the consultation date.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or failure to attend the consultation.

At Endless Aesthetics, we strive to offer flexible and convenient services for all of our clients. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations or changes can result in significant costs. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policy:

- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled treatment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary arrangements.

- 72-Hour Notice: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of any payment made, including deposits.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or payment unless the slot can be filled by another client.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notification, no refund will be issued, and any payments made will be forfeited.
H2:Refunds for Services Rendered
- Once a treatment has been carried out, we are unable to offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you have any concerns about the outcome of your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we can address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session where appropriate.
H2:Pre-Paid Packages
- Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable once treatment has commenced. Any cancellations of packages prior to starting will be refunded, less the cost of any used treatments or a 10% administrative fee, whichever is higher.
H2:Exceptional Circumstances
- In certain cases, such as medical conditions preventing you from completing your treatment, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support your request.
