- Cancellation of an appointment is required on the phone or text, in order to receive a refund please ensure that you receive a confirmation from Endless Aesthetics that your appointment has been cancelled.
- The cancellation policy applies 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday), including Bank holidays and Public Holidays.
- Cancellation made 4 or more days in advance of the appointment date, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) in advance of the appointment date, the client is entitled to a 50% refund of the treatment cost.
- Cancellation made 2 days (48 hours) in advance of the appointment date, the client is entitled to a 25% refund of the treatment cost.
- Cancellation made 24 hours in advance of the appointment date, or on the day of the appointment, the client is entitled to a 0% refund.
