Microneedling Treatment for Skin Rejuvenation
Transform your skin with microneedling. Smooth wrinkles and rejuvenates naturally for a radiant, youthful glow.
What is Microneedling
It is a cosmetic procedure, also known as collagen induction therapy. Microneedling involves using a device, Dr Pen with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. This activates the bodys natural healing process, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin. Microneedling should be performed by trained practitioners or aestheticians.
Benefits of Microneedling
Microneedling addresses specific skin concerns and is used in combination therapy with PRP (Vampire Facial), PRF, Exosomes and LED Light therapy.
Microneedling can::
- Improve skin tone and texture
- Reduce hyperpigmentation
- Reduce the appearance of scars, acne scaring or stretch marks
- Reduces wrinkles and fine lines
- Improves skin elasticity
- Improves product absorption
- Reduces pore size
- Boosts hair regrowth

The Procedure
- Skin Preparation- The skin is thoroughly cleansed to remove all makeup, dirt and oil. If required we can apply numbing cream for 15-20 mins before we start the procedure for individuals with a low pain threshold.
- Dr Pen Speed and Depth Settings – When using the Dr Pen device, we carefully adjust the depth and speed to align with the treatment goals and the individual’s comfort level. Our approach prioritises safety and effectiveness, starting with the lowest depth and speed settings. Gradual adjustments are made over time to optimise results while minimising discomfort. This method ensures a personalised and effective treatment experience tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Apply your chosen serum, PRP/PRF or Exosomes – A small amount of the serum or products are applied to the skin, using the device over the skin glide in a horizontal, vertical and diagonal direction. Focusing on one area at a time, the remaining serum or product is applied to the skin and lightly massaged into the skin.
- Post Treatment Care – At Endless Aesthetics, we prioritise your skin’s health and rejuvenation through our advanced Dermalux LED Light therapy. This enhances collagen production, repairs the skin and improves the signs of ageing, promoting a youthful and vibrant appearance.
To compliment your treatment, we provide a complimentary hydration mask to use at home. This mask helps maintain moisture levels in your skin, further enhancing the benefits of microneedling and LED Light therapy.
Microneedling Aftercare
Our advanced microneedling treatment stimulates natural skin rejuvenation, expect a brief recovery period. Over the next 24 hours there maybe a slight redness, minor swelling, possible spot bleeding. This will fade over the next couple of days, with full recovery over 3-5 days.
For optimal results, for the first 24-48 hours avoid touching the treated area, use fragrance free products. Do not use any exfoliants on your skin for at least 1 week after the treatment as this will irritate the skin making the recovery period longer.
Use hyaluronic serum morning and night before applying day cream and SPF to lock in the moisture and plump the skin,
